SMS Messaging Policy

By providing your mobile number to Operative LLC through our website, chat widget, booking form, or by requesting a text/follow-up when you contact us, you consent to receive SMS messages from Operative related to your inquiry or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

1. Who Sends Messages

2. What We Send

SMS is used for business communications connected to real customer inquiries and services, including:

Responses to website, chat, call, or form inquiries
Missed-call text-back messages
Booking links, appointment confirmations, and reminders
Service updates related to your request or account
Limited promotional/service information only where you have opted in or requested contact

We do not purchase phone lists or send unsolicited bulk spam SMS.

3. How You Opt In

End users opt in by one or more of the following:

Website / chat form: voluntarily submitting a phone number at youroperative.com or youroperative.com/chat
Booking form: providing a phone number when scheduling a call at youroperative.com/book
Inbound request: calling or messaging Operative and requesting a text, booking link, or SMS follow-up
Client customer pathways: for client programs we operate, numbers are collected only from people who contacted the client business or provided express consent

Providing your number and submitting the form / booking / request constitutes consent to receive related SMS from Operative.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. Typical volume is low and tied to an active request, booking, or service conversation (often a few messages per inquiry).

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also email operations@youroperative.com to request removal.

7. Rates & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery support depends on your carrier and device.

8. Privacy
